Self-care is about more than just physical health –  it’s about physical, mental and emotional health.  It’s about finding balance, between work, time with your family, and time for yourself.  There is a belief that self-care is self-indulgent, however we call only sustain physical health and emotional health with self-care as a priority. When your needs are met and self-care is a non-negotiable priority, you can come to the world as your best version of yourself, fully nourished and ready to nourish those around you. Giving yourself permission to take care of your self is probably the best thing you can do for the people in your life.  Not only will you be healthier but all those around you will benefit too.
