USANA’s business model defines us as a direct sales company, because of one really important reason—we have products to sell and people are buying them because they want our products and not as a requirement to participate. (See the section entitled “What Is a Pyramid Scheme and What is Legitimate Marketing?” in previous link.) And what great products they are!

While scams clearly offer no actual benefit to you, many of our legally operating competitors meet the bare minimum requirement on truth in marketing and sales. USANA offers 100 percent returns on products to Associates for a whole year, which is far more than what the law requires of us. The truth? Our consumers don’t need to return our products because they get what they bought and love the results.
